Rabbit Crew Kenya is an urban rabbit farm, located in Kiserian, Kajiado County, Kenya. We currently keep a population of a thousand rabbits, and growing on demand. We are passionate about transforming rabbit farming into a thriving industry across the nation. We have studied and understood the power of rabbits to boost food security and provide nutritious, sustainable white meat options for families and communities.
Our goal is to push rabbit meat consumption in the mainstream typical Kenyan household on a daily, support the Kenyan agripreneurs that choose to produce it, promoting therein rabbit farming as a viable agribusiness venture. From supplying essential equipment to offering training and resources, we are dedicated to ensuring that every rabbit farmer excels in this rewarding journey. Rabbit keeping is no longer child’s play!
Our Journey in Rabbit Farming
In our 6th year now, Rabbit Crew Kenya began with a simple idea: to harness the potential of rabbits as a sustainable food source for Kenyans. What started as a small domestic initiative quickly grew into a passionate commitment to transforming the rabbit farming landscape. There exist huge foundational and market gaps that we chose to participate on. We saw the need for reliable rabbit hutches that we now make for farmers, training, and information support for aspiring rabbit farmers. We work tirelessly to create a robust value chain, from the small holder to the larger producer, ensuring that every farmer has the tools and knowledge they need for best practice. The rural and urban dwellers can produce rabbits. Today, we proudly assist countless individuals in embracing rabbit farming, promoting food security, and contributing to happier communities. Together, we are building the brighter future of the rabbit industry, and food security at large!
