There is no maximum limit. We serve both bulk and retail customers at the moment.
We can supply bulk orders to hotels, restaurants, butcheries, supermarkets, and other institutions. Whether you need a single meal or large-scale delivery, we’re equipped to meet your demand.

To order our rabbit hutches, please start by letting us know how many hutches/cages you’d like. If you’re unsure, we recommend reviewing our rabbit housing population plans and budget estimates here:

Once we receive this information, we’ll send you a bill of quantities and begin the construction process right away.
⏳ How long does it take to construct the rabbit hutches?
We begin construction at your location within 24 to 48 hours after you confirm your order and share the necessary details.
Our construction speed depends on your location:
Within Nairobi Metropolitan (up to 4 hours’ commute):
We can build up to 24 hutches per day.
Other parts of Kenya:
We construct an average of 12 hutches per day, factoring in travel and setup logistics.
Once you place an order, we’ll share a precise schedule tailored to your location and number of units.
📦 What is the minimum quantity I can order for rabbit hutches?
We accept orders starting from just 1 hutch — ideal for pet keepers only, who are keeping either all males or all females, with no breeding activity.
For breeding setups, we recommend starting with at least 4 hutches to support the full cycle of housing one rabbit family:
Breeder Doe’s maternity hutch (for delivery and nursing)
Breeder buck hutch (to avoid overbreeding and stress)
Weaned male kits hutch (up to 5 males)
Weaned female kits hutch (up to 5 females)
This structure ensures proper space, hygiene, and separation for healthy rabbit production.

📦 What is the maximum quantity I can order for rabbit hutches?
There is no maximum limit — we are fully equipped to handle bulk orders for:

NGOs projects
Our team can build up to 24 hutches per day within the Counties surrounding Nairobi County, and up to 12 hutches per day in other Counties of Kenya. We can also travel outside Kenya for similar projects. For very large projects, we provide phased delivery and progress updates.

🔁 What is your return policy?
Because we deal with perishable goods, live animals, and custom-made products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted.
However, we’re committed to customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order — such as a damaged hutch, wrong item, or product quality concern — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the case.
